We at Central Nebraska Outfitters hunt geese in corn fields that border the Platte Rivers. This lets you experience some of the finest Nebraskan goose hunts in the state. We are located at the main choke point in the Central Flyway, Platte River valleys where many birds come from their Northern breeding ground on their annual migration to the south.
The geese we hunt are primarily greater Canadian geese. We hunt out of layout blinds and A-frame blinds. Both styles give you that quality, “up close and personal” experience. Steel shot is required for the hunt and we recommend #2 or bigger sized shot.
