Deer Hunting with Central Nebraska Outfitters

Guests at Central Nebraska Outfitters can hunt for the two species of deer that call Nebraska home—the whitetail deer and the mule deer.

We offer some of the best whitetail hunting in Nebraska on 17 miles of privately-owned river bottom. We adhere to strict QDM practices. These areas produce deer in the 120-160 BC range.

We also have 40,000 acres of privately owned Sandhill and canyon country with access to nearly 10,000 additional acres of exclusive hunting rights with area ranchers.

Our clients don't hunt over feeders—our whitetail and mule deer herds are wild and free. We manage our herds by planting food plots, supplementing feed when needed, and placing restrictions on point limitations. We encourage the harvest of mature does at no extra cost to our clients.

The rifle season is during the rut, which creates the prospect for a very successful hunt. Our rifle hunts had a 90% success rate last year with plenty of sightings and opportunities—many involving big bucks. Muzzleloader and archery hunters saw a 90% success rate and 100% opportunity! Don't worry if you tag out early. We can arrange an upland or waterfowl bird hunt or fishing trip to keep you busy!

We also offer a mixed hunts for whitetails and mule deer. We can help you with selecting the season and weapon of choice.
